Valentine's day three-course menu:
- Roasted artichoke cream soup
The oven-roasted artichoke adds a nutty aroma to the soup, while the Emmental cheese dumplings bring a crispy exterior and creamy interior texture.
- Angus tenderloin OR Supreme chicken breast
Served with truffle mashed potatoes and foie gras ganache. The pomegranate coulis and the crispy lightness of the brown butter baby carrots create perfect harmony on the plate.
- White chocolate mango mousse
The homemade biscuit crumble is enriched with walnuts and coconut, then topped with the white chocolate mango mousse.
The price of the Valentine's Day menu is 12.500 HUF per person +14% service fee (three-course menu + welcome champagne).
