Cut & Barrel Salumeria – Vineria in Budapest

The Argentinian steak was incredibly tender and full of flavour - as always - but the new tiradito de seriola deserves just as much attention. It looked like something you’d be served on the Peruvian coast, beautifully presented too. Two very different dishes that show why menu is worth exploring!

The service is always nice and friendly. The steak was perfectly cooked and I loved the touch of empanadas as an appetizer! If I may give some feedback for desserts, lemon sorbet was overly sour, it was a bit difficult to eat. We miss the dessert that was included in Dining city menu in March 2025 - creamy milk chocolate with fruit! But overall - always a great experience, delicious food and nice atmosphere. We keep coming back :)
