UMO Restaurant in Budapest

Our roots are based in Latin America and Asia. What we put on the table, is our grandmother’s and mother’s cuisine and cultural heritage. Soul flavours season is about our roots, flavours, techniques and heritage meeting of the territory and working directly with a Hungarian organic producers, powered by our partner Boldizsar Horvath. His project called Farm2Fork, to create and impact on the small Hungarian agriculture sustainably. This is founded on a holistic research project in a Hungarian agriculture products.
On the menu, near each dish, you gonna find the location, where the ingredient is coming from the Hungarian territory. We really hope, that you enjoy the gastronomic experience at UMO, where we try to create a positive impact on the local producers and reduce our food print.
