Nimród Biohotel**** and Biorestaurant welcomes its dear Guests with an elegant interior, nature-centric and cozy design and wide range of gastronomic offers all year long. The hotel and the restaurant is in the city center in a well accessible, but yet quiet location.
The hotel has 14 standard rooms (1 room designed for handicapped, 1 hunter’s room, 3 business rooms) and 4 suites.
Nimród Biorestaurant
Our restaurant with a capacity of up to 70 people is open for visit all year long. During spring and summertime Nimród Biorestaurant also opens its terrace, which is an ideal location for a great conversation escorted by a cup of our exclusive bio coffee or a delicious meal. During winter time the heat of the wood burning in our special hand-made ceramic tile fireplace warms the body and soul of our guests. The crackles of the flames grant unique atmosphere for a winter dinner. Part of the raw materials used in Nimród Biorestaurant is produced in our Demeter certified organic farm. It is all part of the Hubai family’s organic „from farm to plate” programme. We also support the development of the regions’ agriculture by purchasing the required ingredients, we cannot grow ourselves, from local farmers.
We also focus on supporting the artists and craftsmen of the region, therefore the decorations used in the restaurant are almost exclusively prepared locally. The walls of the restaurant are decorated by the stunning paintings of Ágnes Dr. Kenyeresné Zagyva, a local art teacher. On the tables our guests may admire the traditional ceramic ornaments called 'Miska jug' and the ceramic flowers in them, all prepared by local potters in Karcag.
Events
Our separated rooms (meeting room – 10 people, lobby bar – 20 people, conference room – 60 people) are ideal locations for birthday parties; graduation lunches; smaller but elegant weddings and corporate events of up to 60 people.
