It was named after Émile Gerbeaud, one of the founders of the Gerbeaud Confectionery and Café. The villa is located at Pasarét providing a wide range of indulgence: cakes and pastries in the ground floor counter, elegant salons on the first floor for leisure a breakfast or afternoon tea, corporate and family events too. Our cosy garden is a perfect place enjoying a smoothie or a cocktail. Our chef, András Frideczky is careful to bring harmony on your plate and we are always up to date with the actual trends.
At the newly opened Cacao bakery on the ground floor of Émile house we offer fresh patries, sourdough breads, delicious sandwiches, healthy breakfasts and smoothies. Our first class bakery products are provided by the Gerbeaud manufacture, where the perfect cakes, pastries, chocolates, macarons and breads of Gerbeaud Confectionery and Café, Onyx restaurant and Émile are also created. The Executive Chef of Gerbeaud, Ágnes Tóth garantees the constant quality of our products and the successful management of our baker team.
