We had the pleasure of dining at Cut and Barrel during Restaurant Week, and without exaggeration, it was the best meal of our lives. Every dish was inspired, original, and full of bold, surprising flavors. It was evident how passionate the chef is about his craft, and the entire team took immense pride in their work. Our servers not only delivered impeccable service but also took the time to explain each dish, making us appreciate the thought and quality behind every bite.
We opted for the wine pairing with our lunch, which elevated the experience even further. Each selection complemented the dishes beautifully, and we enjoyed one particular wine so much that we took home three bottles!
As for the food—every dish stood out. The tuna tacos, the beef tartare, and even the charcuterie board were all exceptional. The main course was generous, with every component thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The salad, far from being an afterthought, was a revelation—each bite introduced a new layer of flavor and texture, making it a dish in its own right. And the desserts? Original, creative, and absolutely delightful.
