Restaurant Hoppá! Bistro in Budapest

Egy nagyon jót ebédeltünk a Hoppá! Bisztróban. Az étterem a belvárosban található, így Budapest bármely pontjáról könnyen megközelíthető. Az ebéd kiváló volt. Gábor volt a pincér, aki barátságos és segítőkész volt mindenben. Egy szép étterem egy jó ebédhez!

Service: 1/Very bad and not professional. They won't introduce the food like how they make it, what's ingredients, which should always be the case for Michelle. 2/I said since the beginning "less oil and less salty" But still is very salty,! after I have the soup(I add some water to allow me taste more), I said again but it's crazy salty for the potato within main course, which I can not eate more than 1 bite..I said it again and again but they saying can't do anything since it's prepared before. Rather than saying like this, they didn't nothing! Actually I go to >100 Michelin before, never met this kind of attitude : without any tention to improve(like record or provide other replacement to fit customer). I can't understand how they get the price... Food: it's very salty and extremely bad for the photo..what iswrose, feel like they don't take customer experience into account..I know sometime it's difficulty to make every customer satisfied but I don't like the attitude of them: no action base on the feedback..it's a terrible experience , waste of time and money!!

Az étteremhét 3 fogásos menüjét ettük végig. Tetszett, hogy egy felszolgáló hozta ki az összes ételt, finom volt minden, jól éreztük magunkat.

I visited this restaurant expecting a great dining experience, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The portions were small and not satisfying, the meat was too tough and difficult to eat, and the potatoes were overly salty. Additionally, when I left a large portion of my meal on the plate, none of the staff bothered to ask if something was wrong. Considering the high prices, I expected much better food and service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

It was an amazing creative dining experience! I enjoyed every moment from start to finish. The food was delicious and, most importantly, felt very gentle on the body. The soup, made with shiitake mushrooms, had a touch of Japanese cuisine and a hint of medicinal flavors. The steak was tender with excess fat removed, perfectly complementing the mashed potatoes. I would love to come back again. The staff spoke our native language and were always attentive. As a nice final touch, they even served us a small cake at the end. I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and can’t wait to visit again!
