Music program
During the evening the Cafuné Duo, Anna Pataki (vocals, violin) and Márton Stummer (guitar),
takes the stage and brings to life the sweet melancholy of Latin-America.
Sparkle, elegance, virtuosity, freedom, melancholy, joy – all in one concert!
Traditional South American guitar music, choro, bossa nova, and samba, in Portuguese and Spanish language.

CIAO ITALIA 2.0 - We welcome our Guests with authentic Italian food and Borgo Molino wines!

After last year’s highly successful event, the second edition is coming! This time, Posner Bistro will once again host an evening dedicated to Valdobbiadene Prosecco and wines. During the dinner, the finest selections from the Borgo Molino family winery will be presented by Pietro Nardin, owner of the winery, and Suhayda László, Borgo Molino’s exclusive importer in Hungary. During the evening, Posner Bistro & Bar will be officially awarded the Ambassador Status, becoming the Borgo Molino Prosecco Ambassador in Budapest.
Alcohol will also be served on the program, so only our guests over 18 can participate.

The Borgo Molino has more than a century of tradition in the heart of the Veneto region, home of Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and fine rosé sparkling wines. The family preserves traditions with passion while combining them with modern technology and outstanding quality, creating wines that perfectly reflect Italian elegance and lifestyle.
Throughout the evening, the atmosphere will be set by DJ Sergio Antonio, the master of Italian tunes, ensuring a Mediterranean mood until the very last glass.

All dishes will be prepared by our young chef, Márk Kovács, using authentic Italian recipes and ingredients.

A former printing house, the building that now houses Up Hotel Budapest awaits Hungarian and international guests with a reimagined restaurant concept this spring. Károly Lajos Posner, the owner of the printing house, was a pioneer in the graphics and paper processing industry in the 19th century, and the bistro named after him commemorates this heritage with its renewed image. The menu is dominated by Hungarian flavours, but we also placed great emphasis on the implementation of international gastronomy trends and kitchen technology methods. Thanks to the light dishes, the atmosphere of the bistro, and the modern environment, Posner provides not only a place for guests to relax, but also a favourite meeting spot for downtown Budapest residents.

Nagyon kedves volt mindenki, nagyon finomakat ettünk. Biztos még visszatérünk. Egy kicsit döcögősen indult, apró szervezetletnséget véltünk, de 100%-an ellensúlyozta a kedvességük. Csak így tovább! Igaz utoljára, de életem egyik legjobb kávéját kaptuk!
