The restaurant, opened in 1911, dazzles the public with its gilt chandeliers, unique stucco ornamentation, and inlaid wood paneling.

The stucco is the work of sculptor Manó Rákos, while the visually striking chandeliers and sconces are from the workshops of Ignác Goldstein.
The building has been declared a historic monument, and even today the restaurant shines in its original grandeur.
The conception of Palace Restaurant is one that respects tradition while meeting the challenges of today's world. The result is a truly special regional Hungarian menu that is updated in its structure, content, and presentation. Dishes prepared tableside also appeared, and so did "Hungaricums".

"Remek hangulat, finom ételek, kedves kiszolgálás"

Párommal 7 órára mentünk mivel láttuk, hogy lesz élő zene is. Egyáltalán nem csalódtunk, nagyon jó hangulatot teremtettek a zenészek illetve az ételek mennyisége valamint ízvilága is kiváló volt. Kedves kiszolgálás már csak hab volt a tortán. Tudom ajánlani bárkinek az éttermet.

Az ételek finomak voltak,a kiszolgálás kedves és figyelmes volt.Az étterem nagyon szép, kár lenne veszni hagyni mert nagyon sajátos a hangulata.Igazán érdemes már csak a csodás épület miatt is betérni ,de igy hogy a konyha is jó tökéletes hely egy kellemes vacsorához a belvárosba.
