Eger’s first dedicated Neapolitan-style pizzeria, located in the heart of Quasi Udvar.

Opening Eger’s first pizzeria dedicated to Neapolitan-style pizza has been a dream come true for us. As our name suggests, Pizza Quasi Napoletana means a pizza that is almost Neapolitan.
Here in Eger, we make authentic Neapolitan-inspired pizza, with the ambition of making Quasi the town’s favourite pizzeria.

Unlike most other pizzerias, we bake our pizzas at extremely high temperatures. Our electric oven reaches around 380°C, while the baking surface gets up to approximately 430°C. It takes just about 75 seconds to bake a perfect pizza.

Our dough is prepared using a long fermentation process, following the guidelines of the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), the international association dedicated to preserving authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Our toppings are also carefully selected and consist exclusively of Italian products with protected designations of origin, including cured meats, cheeses and tomatoes.

Our goal is to bring the authentic flavours of Naples as close to Eger as possible – and we've received invaluable professional guidance to help us make that happen.
