Our family have been dealing with catering since 1991. First we led a brasserie, prosaically said: a „pub”. We only managed to work up a kitchen in 1997, what was for rent for two years. Once the business got back to us, a new image has been given and we reopened in the fall of 1999. A lot of bonds and friendships stitches us to Transylvania.
Our goal was to create a place of hospitality, where the guest comes home. The guest is welcomed by cosiness, modesty and an old-fashioned peasant-environment wich could be in the plain Mezőség, or up in the Harghita…
The meals come from the table of simple peasant people where you can feel the closeness of the nature, the forests and the meadows, all by the different herbs and spices.
We do hope that we can make you feel all of this at some point despite of our rushing world’s gastronomical habits.
So, when you visit us please note: while you are waiting our chefs do their best to make sure that your meal is being served as soon as possible.
In some cases it can take up to 40 minutes. Durind this time our expert chefs and their helpers do their best to cut down your waiting time as much as possible.
Also our waiter colleagues and their helpers take responsibility for you to be welcomed and to receive a high level of service you wish for.
