The goal of Daniel Bezerics the owner of Paletta is more than just creating and operating a few successful and popular restaurants.
He has a mission: To create local collaboration while popularizing his home, Lake Balaton.
The base of this mission is to support local farmers, product and origin protection and creating a unique experience for the local community.
All of his restaurants attempt to use as many local, fresh and artisan ingredients from the Balaton region as possible. "Not so great and terrible service"

The experience was not good for us and I think it was an absolute ripoff. - The menu which we chose on the website was not offered in the restaurant. - They did not offer the welcome drink as per menu and we had to wait 25 mins for the first course. - The food was good and high quality but the quantity was not enough for us given the price. - At the end, we waited for the dessert for around 30 mins after our meal. They sure had some problems as other people were also not happy with the service. - Instead of the dessert which was in their menu, they came up with blueberry chia pudding which was terrible. We could not take in another spoon after we tasted it. It was just raw chia seeds topped with frozen blueberry sauce.

Az ételek rendben voltak, de a kiszolgálás nagyon akadozott. A levesre egy órát vártunk, a főételre még plusz felet. Ez étterem hétnél fix menüsor esetében különösen problémás. Az egyik étel hideg volt, a leveshez kért sót és borsot sosem kaptuk meg. Amikor megkérdeztük, hogy mi az oka annak, hogy ennyit kell várni, azt mondták, hogy sok a vendég. Egy nagyobb asztaltársaság volt és kb 5-6 1-3 fős. Az első órában egy asztalon kívül sehol nem ettek, azaz a konyhát semmilyen fogás nem hagyta el. Mintha nem lett volna bent a személyzet vagy akkor kezdte volna az egész főzést. Az korrekt, hogy a késedelem miatt tett reklamációnk okán a fogyasztott italt nem számolták fel. Nagyon sajnáltuk, mert sok jót hallottunk az étteremről.

Finom ételek, kellemes hangulat. Az étterem zsúfoltságához képest kevés a személyzet, ezért soká kell várni az ételekre, de a pincérek kedvesek, figyelmesek.

Az ételek nagyon kiadósak és finomak voltak, kértünk külön borválogatást az ételek mellé, ami tökéletes passzolt az ízvilághoz. Épp élőzenés est volt, ami nagyon jó hangulatot adott! :)
