Mangalica and Hungarian Simmental Cattle coming from the model farm of Baumgartner family serve as ingredients of rare specialities. The pure-bred blonde mangalica of the farm was also awarded the Gold-Ribbon Quality Certificate by the Hungarian Gastronomic Association in 2015. Choosing the right ingredients is one of the basic pillars of preparing proper dishes; therefore we use locally produced and prepared ingredients. Over the ingredients quality, the restaurant name creator, Mimama’s 100 year old recipes brigns back the homemade tastes for the guests.
