A new gastronomic locale has opened in the centre of Budapest - restaurant Apacuka awaits its guests with a combined French-Hungarian cuisine.
Apacuka is not only a restaurant, it is more than that: a café, a meeting place and a music hall in one, where we offer delicious meals and various forms of entertainment too. This is the place where you go out to and stay in afterwards, since art and gastronomy both come together for a successful rendezvous all week round. Bar music, jazz and lounge DJs provide the basic vibe on weeknights, while Hungarian and international DJs play music at weekends.
The restaurant moved to Nagymező street in the heart of Budapest in April 2012. The new location is monumental, diverse and inspiring. The restaurant is expecting guests with the comfortable interior of four separate rooms (ground floor, gallery, parlour, basement) on 530 square meters. Our terrace is open from the spring to autumn, providing an island of tranquility in the vibrant city center.
Not only the restaurant has become grander, we are also preparing higher quality meals than before ensured by our prominent, creative and enthusiastic chefs. Our kitchen is a real speciality as it combines the basic Hungarian and French traditions with ease. A daily home-style menu is available at a friendly price during lunchtime.
Apacuka is an excellent location for dinners, get-togethers after the theatre, corporate events, weddings, press conferences, small concerts, fashion shows and exhibitions too.
