If you want a quiet place with amazingly good cuisine, this place is right for you. Waiters were very polite, not annoying, all was clean and on time like a watch mechanism. Acoustically, the place is okay, but it will be a bad fortune if more than 4 people come together. Food is 8-9/10, but desserts were 10/10 and high the final score to a solid 9. Duck terrine was good, but could be more tender, wild-boar soup was also okay, but not enough meat, could be a little more. The main course was truffle chicken. It was very balanced and amazing, but I scored it 8/10, because I have no understanding of where the truffle is. Zhu + white sauce were great, interesting potato, and chicken...but no truffle, maybe any drops of oil or traces of truffle cheese...nothing (I'm a big fan of truffle, so for me it was very-very minor presence). We picked both desserts, and they both were exceptional. No comments, just excellent. Panna cotta was silky and tender, like a French kiss. Mango-almond-chocolate dessert is a deconstructed cake with a very difficult spectrum of taste, but it was gorgeous. I guess the place can have a mention of Michelin in the future. I hope for it.
